I’ve spent more than a decade building and scaling operations, finance, and technology teams across Canada, the U.S., and LATAM. I focus on developing talent, structuring efficient delivery models, and helping professionals reach the standards required to work with North American companies. At Expandia Academy, my goal is to give you the skills, frameworks, and mindset to grow your career in a global, remote-first environment.
